Privacy Policy
A legal disclaimer
I respect your privacy and take the responsibility of handling your information seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information I collect, why I collect it, and how I protect it when you interact with me or use my services.
Information I Collect
I only collect information that is genuinely required to communicate and work with you. This may include your name, email address, business details, project-related data, and any information you voluntarily share during discussions, forms, or Google Chat conversations. I do not collect unnecessary personal data.
How I Use Your Information
Your information is used strictly for professional purposes. This includes understanding your business needs, delivering agreed services, communicating updates, and improving the quality of my work. I do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties—ever.
Client Data Protection
All client data, strategies, documents, credentials, and business insights shared with me are treated as confidential. I do not reuse, resell, or showcase your private data without your clear permission. Any access I receive is used only for completing your work and nothing beyond that.
Payments & Fraud Protection
I follow a phased payment approach to protect both parties. Work is divided into clear stages so clients only pay for progress that is visible and delivered. This structure reduces risk, avoids misunderstandings, and ensures transparency at every step. I do not ask for full payment upfront unless mutually agreed.
Communication & Meetings
I communicate only through trusted platforms such as email and Google Chat. I do not request sensitive personal information such as OTPs, banking passwords, or private identification details. If anyone claims to represent me and asks for such information, it is not me.
Data Security
I take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss. Files and documents are handled securely and shared only when necessary. While no system is 100% risk-free, I actively minimize exposure and avoid unsafe practices.
Third-Party Tools
If third-party tools (such as analytics or collaboration platforms) are used during a project, they are chosen carefully and only for work-related purposes. I am not responsible for the privacy practices of external platforms, but I avoid tools that compromise client safety.
Your Rights
You have the right to ask what information I hold about you, request corrections, or ask for deletion once a project ends. I respect these requests and act on them promptly.
Updates to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally to reflect better practices or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted clearly on this page.
